“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

The lodge was clean and comfortable . There was a washing machine / dryer which was a lovely surprise as not listed when we booked. Would recommend site and accommodation.

“We were not informed prior to our arrival that on site amenities ( swimming pool / restaurant / arcade) would be closed during our stay.”

Having this available was one of our key reasons for booking this property, and not being informed meant a very disappointing experience.

“We had a lovely time until they had to shut the gas off for half the day.”

The lodge should of not be let out if they know the cooker and hob had a problem it was unsafe to use so unhappy with that should of been check gas safety and not rent out.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear that you had a lovely time overall, but we're very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the gas shutoff. As far as we were aware, the cooker was safe for use. However, on the day in question, we received an urgent recall notice from the cooker company regarding a part of the cooker. Following their instructions, we had to take immediate action to ensure the safety of our guests, which unfortunately resulted in shutting off the gas for part of the day. Your safety is our top priority, however we understand how frustrating this disruption must have been. We apologise for any inconvenience this caused and for not being able to provide advance notice of this issue. Property Owner

The Broadland Sands Holiday Park Lodges consists of two well-appointed holiday lodges perched on the Broadland Sands Holiday Park in Suffolk. This collection offers off-road parking, a contemporary open-plan living space, fully-equipped kitchens, and well-presented bedrooms with plenty of storage. The surroundings enjoy a wealth of facilities, including an indoor pool, family bar, restaurant, Clubhouse, on-site shop, all-weather sports pitch, amusement arcade and an entertainment venue. Corton is a coastal village sandwiched between Great Yarmouth in Norfolk and Lowestoft in Suffolk. Corton village is a popular holiday destination for families, with many attractions to visit in the local towns and the surrounding area. Great Yarmouth offers traditional seaside holiday family fun with a pier theatre, sandy beach with a funfair, arcades, sealife centre, a shopping centre with traditional market, museums, and the Great Yarmouth Racecourse. Lowestoft is the quieter of the two towns with an award-winning sandy Blue Flag beach and the nearby attractions of Africa Alive and Pleasurewood Hills.
