Well equipped with all that you need on a very quiet site. The power shower is incredible and the bed so comfy you dont want to get out of it!!! The owners left an emergency pack for the dog and cake to welcome us which were both a really nice touch. You can walk to the nearest beach which is about 0.8mile away. The beach is dog friendly and there is a good pub down there too (also dog friendly) a little bit further down the road is Amroth where the New Inn does amazing food and is again dog ...

The lodge was in an ideal situation to explore Pembrokeshire. Whether you want castles or beaches or adventure parks, all are within at most an hour away. We were really amazed at how dog friendly Pembrokeshire is with the majority of beaches being dog friendly all year round. Also worth a visit are The National Botanic Gardens and the Blue Lagoon. The best beach we found for excellent facilities was Coppet Hall Beach, very small but the cafe and toilets there were brilliant. If you want shops, a short walk away is Saundersfoot .
All in all a lovely place to stay and the lodge as a base was superb.
