1. Musty mould smell on entry.
2. Kitchen bowl greasy and layer of oil on
all oven trays.
3. The 2 non stick saucepans all
scratched and rusting rendering them
Unusable.
4. Bathroom was poor standard of
Hygiene all round. Quite a lot mould in
Grout around bath. Toilet pan dirty.
5. A lot of damp and some mould noted
to walls in ground floor lounge and
bedroom.
6. Heater not working in ground floor
bedroom.
