These two issues were quickly resolved the next morning thanks to the efficient on-site management team, unfortunately they were unable to resolve the issue with the hot tub (which was not working): we had booked this accommodation based on the fact it had a hot tub and were disappointed to find it was unusable. We have not heard from either the owner or the management team and therefore would have to say we would not book this accommodation again or recommend it to anyone else.
Thank you for taking the time to submit a review following your stay at 9 Kittiwhistle, we are sorry to hear of the issues you encountered during your stay. Following a conversation with the owner we have established that unfortunately the problem with the hot tub was totally out of their control. The control panel was not functioning correctly. An engineer attended but was unable to fix it at the time. We are happy to confirm for all future guests that a new control panel has been fitted and the hot tub is back up and running as it should.
