    “If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet getaway then this is for you.”

    No light pollution so very dark at night which makes falling asleep really easy. A lovely cosy cabin which all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. Amenities within easy driving distance (shops etc) . Some very interesting places to visit nearby too and good food. Lovely friendly residents in the local areas and Sally Anne the owner of the cabin is a a pleasure to meet. There is another cabin located at the rear of this property but it is slightly offset and unobtrusive to your stay ...

The pretty market town of Ellesmere with its Tudor, Georgian and Victorian buildings quietly nestles between the Shropshire Meres and the well-known Shropshire to Llangollen canal, in an area renowned as Shropshire's Lakeland. Steeped in history and originally fortified as an Anglo-Saxon settlement, this peaceful town boasts a lovely church with a 15th century roof and was home to Thomas Telford during the building of the canal network in the late 18th century. The town also boasts a good variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as an abundance of entertainment on and around the meres in the surrounding area.
