Kailzie is a wonderful bell tent set on the outskirts of Peebles, a beautiful village in the Scottish Borders.

This neat little hideaway has two single camping beds and two footon beds.

This area is a true refuge, complete with a kettle that allows you to make tea in the morning without getting out of bed and a warm woodburning stove for chilly nights.

For added convenience during the day, there is a communal kitchen area nearby for when you don't feel like going out to eat.

In addition, there's a communal shower area (one minute walk away) with plenty of showers for you to enjoy a peaceful wash after your adventures.

Step outside to the front of the house and you'll find a charming garden perfect for sipping sun on a warm afternoon, complete with a gravelled area.

Moreover, you can enjoy some alfresco dining or a refreshing beverage at the picnic bench while admiring the serene landscape of the Scottish Borders.
