    “When we arrived at the property, it hadn't been cleaned at all.”

    The bed sheets in a pile on the bed, dirty towers in the bathrooms. We had to ask a maintenance person to assist who offered us 2 other properties, neither were the same as what we booked! The first property that was offered had bunk beds which as 6 adults is not what wr want. The other did have a working hot tub. They did offer the fix it the next day which they did and we stayed in that one. But overall not happy with the accommodation as the one we booked was nicer that what we actually ...
