“Very clean and tidy and king size bed very comfortable.”

Single bed our granddaughter said she could feel the springs or metal base perhaps a board or extre topper wou.d help? We liked the position of the van a d in summer would be surrounded by birds and plants. We left the place spotless thanks to the cleaning resources provided by the owner .visited the little bar area on the last night it was opened this season and had a really unexpected laugh with home owners who were a real bunch of lovely people and even gave us a piece of Norman's birthday ...

“The outside space isn’t quite as big as it looks on the picture but still spacey enough, you only have neighbours to one side and no one opposite so it’s very private really good location!”

The lodge is very cosy and the TV has loads of channels and apps, there are also some board games which was ideal as we had a lot of rainy days. We did have to buy toilet roll and bin bags as there was no spare but other than this everything was perfect. The coop is less than a 15 min drive and you can also order takeaway to the holiday park. Would definitely stay at the elements again

“The on-site shop was never open not that that was an issue as our stay was out of season.”

The single beds are rather uncomfortable for an adult, You can feel the metal frame and springs below and the mattresses are too thin as (when we stayed) the cold permeated through. However, overall we enjoyed our stay and caravans have come a long way since our last stay in one! The position was great right next to trees, private and peaceful, owls were heard most nights and on a clear night, the stars are spectacular.

“Beautiful caravan with everything you could need for your stay, felt very homely, comfortable and clean.”

The outside area was stunning, being at the end of the row gave more privacy which made the outside area a very peaceful and calming place to relax. The park itself is a little run down, although there was alot of maintance work going on. Reception and the shop are on the site next door.

“We rally enjoyed our stay at Elements was just my cup of tea, items I would have chosen myself.”

The bed was really comfy. The outside space was lovely which we enjoyed on 2 days. We said the outside area would look even better with a hot tub (but that wold make it dearer). There were lots of extras. The pint of milk was very welcome as I always travel with my tea bags ! A lovely box of shortbread was also left. We had a visit to the Tavern while Grandson played on play area which he loved. I would definitely stay again, my Husband says he would like more things, so he wouldn't. We visited Alnwick Castle on the Sat which was fabulous day. Grandparent, parents and a 4 year old thoroughly enjoyed it. Sun we went to Northumberland zoo which was 6 mins away. Although enjoyable 4 year old preferred the Castle. Thank you

“Extremely comfortable and surprisingly large cabin.”

Very pleased to see plenty of hangers in the wardrobes. Kitchen well equipped, the two bathrooms an absolute bonus. Mattress also very comfortable. I would have no hesitation recommended the cabin to friends and family. The location was lovely, very private and quiet with woodland walks on the door stop.

“The arrival time & departure should be changed to 2pm arrival & 11am departure, you should when e mailing the times etc should include a site map with accommodation marked and include address phone number for nearest doctor/vet etc & make it easier to get in touch with reception as we couldn’t as it was closed when we went.”

We would come back as we enjoyed it there, the accommodation was clean,well equipped, and quiet, thankyou.

The site was very untidy and although the grass got cut there was no strimming done around the vans. Hence to say we won't be going back there. Now to look for another holiday hoping to pick a better one.

“The Elements has everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay.”

The location of the caravan, at the end of the row, provides privacy on what is the sunny side of the caravan. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio area listening to and watching the birds. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds comfortable. The site itself seems a bit neglected compared to the next door site. Just cutting the grass would make a big difference. That said we enjoyed our stay.

“The lodge was quiet and clean.”

However we found it very uncomfortable. The new settees felt hard to sit on and gave us both back pain. The mattresses on the beds were near the end of their lives as we could feel the springs and could not lie comfortably. Our second visit but not as good as last year.

“A wonderful place to stay, everything we needed was there and it was spotlessly clean.”

The only thing I thought was missing was a lamp in the living room. Also as a 6ft man I did struggle with the small beds. I had to give my elderly mother the double bed as she would struggle in the small room, but this is totally out of the owners hands. My only other gripe was there was a noisy hen party in front of us that went past the 10pm deadline, again not the owners fault. We also highly recommend the Northumbria arms pub in Felton, amazing food. Thank you for a very enjoyable week!

“Unfortunate not a lot of room at side of bed just making it difficult for elderly people.”

Explanation on how to get the key not easy as not told how to open the gate, had to phone caretaker. Once explained was simple. Found the place well equipped and clean.

Very clean and well kept accomodation. Plenty of kitchen equiptment and storage if you,re cooking at 'home". Husband found the bed a bit uncomfortable but no fault of the owner, he,d recently had a hip operation. Lovely gift and milk a nice touch for when we arrived. Made use of the garden furniture as the weather was good. Set in a very private, quiet part of the park, which was good due to our dog being timid around others. Over all a nice relaxing break in a lovely setting.

It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The outside space was lovely although we didn’t get to make the most of it due to the weather! The Park was also very clean and well kept. The accommodation warmed up really quickly which was most welcome after bracing days out on the coast and was warm and cosy. “This is a lovely static caravan located on the edge of a quiet caravan park.”

It’s well located to get to different tourist attractions. The site has a brilliant children’s ground, although the zip wire was broken which a little disappointing. The caravan is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything in it to make meals. We really enjoyed our weekend stay. The only slight criticism would be is the living area could do with some little tables to put drinks on.

The delightful village of Felton is set in rural Northumberland, between Morpeth to the south and Alnwick to the north. The village has a shop with a post office, coffee shop, pub and restaurant, and is just 10 miles from Alnwick, with its Castle and now famous Garden, which features Europe's largest cascading water feature, an enormous tree house, a rose garden and an ornamental walled garden. The castle is also famous as the setting for Hogwarts School featured in the "Harry Potter" films! Alnwick offers a good selection of shops, pubs and places to eat and there is plenty to see and do, with miles of golden sandy beaches, numerous castles and boat trips to the famous Farne Islands all available nearby.
