when I contacted customer services, there contact told me I should not go to Scotland as all roads were like that!!.He told me a refund not possible as owner had been paid. As we were led to believe that the property was accessible, i.e parking on site, this has been misrepresented, and a refund should be made, I am not happy with the way Sykes have handled this
