“Our second visit to Swiss Cottage and we enjoyed it just as much.”

Lovely and clean and all we needed for our short stay, In a quiet location a short walk from the beach,shop and chip shop.The weather wasn't great but we did get chance to use the outside seating area.Great for our small dog as it is all enclosed. Hope to return next year.

“Chalet was clean and tidy with comfortable beds and spotless bedding with nice patio area with garden furniture which looked out onto a large field.”

One thing which we didn't particularly like was that the twin bedroom and the bathroom could only be accessed via the kitchen which could be problem depending on make up of your holiday group.

“Very clean on arrival.”

Lovely place as we like to relax. Shop on site if you need anything. Short walk on beach into brid. Dog friendly place that's why we keep going back.

“It was a lovely cottage just cost an absolute fortune paying for the electric trying to jeep my elderly relatives warm.”

If I book again in the future it will be with utilities included.

“I have stayed at South Shore before in different cottages but I must say this is the best so far that we have been to.”

Booking was easy, even got updates about the weather. The layout was good and spacious, even the outside seating area was spot on with the sun shining all day. I would definitely go back to this cottage again.

“Really comfortable.”

Every thing you need to just relax and chill. Got on well with other holiday chalets and their dogs. Quick walk away from beach. Weather fantastic. Air conditioning. Very use full would certainly recommend

“Lovely stay clean ,just could do with some different window coverings.”

Also a better freezer. We managed as only a short stay but would need a bigger freezer for a longer stay. . Otherwise brill will highly recommend

“We had a wonderful stay at the swiss cottage.”

We were opposite a big green area which was perfect for my son to play football whilst I watched him from the outside decking area. The place was very clean and tidy. We were a few minutes from the beach and the kids particularly enjoyed the on site amusements:) Would definitely recommend to friends and family:) Just an fyi there is no freezer in the property

“A lovely chalet and would go again but just a few recommendations are curtains in the bedrooms to block the light out on a morning, second set of keys if there’s two family’s going , freezer and free electricity as it cost me £20 a week extra even though we was hardly in all week.”

Also a good thing is that if there is any problems the owner are on hand and are very friendly.

“We enjoyed our stay at Swiss Cottage.”

The property is clean, modern and well equiped and we would certainly visit again . The enclosed decked area was ideal as we had a small dog with us.The owners are also very helpful We went Monday to Friday and the site nice was peacefull.

The seaside resort of Bridlington lies on the east coast of Yorkshire, south of Scarborough and Filey. Two award-winning beaches of golden sand stretch out on either side of the historic harbour, bustling with activity. Beautifully designed promenades provide everything from fun-fairs to quiet places where you can sit and watch the world go by. Shops, attractions, restaurants and the historic 'Old Town' of Bridlington offer a fascinating contrast to life on the beach, where the latest Dad's Army has been filmed, whilst the Bridlington Spa Theatre on the front provides evening entertainment. There is also the East Riding Leisure Centre, with family swimming area and a variety of other indoor activities. Further afield are the picturesque villages and scenery of the Yorkshire Wolds, the neighbouring resorts of Filey, Scarborough and Whitby and the spectacular heritage coastline. There are numerous places to visit in the area, including Bempton's RSPB bird sanctuary, Sewerby Hall, Danes Dyke and Flamborough Head with its cliffs and caves.
