Tal Sarn is a beautifully-presented shepherd's hut nestled on a working farm in the lovely village of Dwyran, Anglesey.

With its proximity to both Angelsey, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the coast, this property makes for an ideal getaway for couples or as an artist or writer's retreat to enjoy the quiet that being in the AONB brings.

Tal y Sarn is a care farm - all of our animals are used in therapeutic interventions.

The ethos of a safe, calm and quiet place will suit anyone wishing to escape, after admiring the animals grazing on the vast farmland, head up to the hut to find a lovely studio-style, open-plan living space.

Cook up your favourite meals in the kitchenette to enjoy around the dining table or dine alfresco on the decking when the sun is shining.

As you grow tired, take a hot shower and slip under the soft linens for some rest.

If you don't feel like cooking, make your way to the local village of Niwbwrch and have a heartwarming meal at The White Lion pub, pick up some fish and chips at The Codmother or go to the Red Squirrel Café for some sweeter treats.

Put on your swimming costume and have a beach day at Traeth Llanddwyn where you'll find a handful of historical landmarks like Eglwys Santes Dwynwen, Groes Santes Dwynwen, and more.

Drive up to the coastal town of Beaumaris and visit Beaumaris Castle, a 13th-century built stronghold, walk through the Victorian prison and punishment cells at Beaumaris Gaol and Court, then head to Seacoast Safaris for a boat trip to Puffin Island, home to an abundance of wildlife.

Make your way to the breathtaking village of Llanberis and take a scenic ride around Lake Padarn on a vintage steam train, take a stroll in Parc Gwledig Padarn country park and have a picnic by the lake, and end the day with a dinner date at The Royal Victoria Hotel.

Memories are waiting to be made at Tal Sarn Shepherd Hut.
