    “Clear View Lodge is in a nice position with lovely sea views.”

    The property is very spacious,comfortable,well equipped very clean and with ample parking. The decked area around the lodge gives extra outside space with chairs and tables provided. The holiday park has a shop, amusements, swimming pool and a play area for younger children. There is a club house too.All together an ideal place for all age groups.We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely property.

The property

This wonderful detached lodge is situated on the popular Brynowen holiday park in West Wales on the outskirts of Borth, six miles from the town of Aberystwyth.

The holiday park boasts beautiful backdrops and amazing views over the sea.

This elevated lodge is situated in a quiet part of the park and is ideal for a family or older couples looking for a coastal break away.

From the parking area, four steps lead up to the spacious wrap-around veranda where you can look out over the sea.

Entering into the lodge, the open plan living area is fresh and light and has a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table where you can sit together enjoying a family meal, and a spacious sitting area complete with an electric fire and 50” TV.

The three bedrooms have all been beautifully appointed and have their own TVs.

The master double bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space for all your holiday clothes which leads through to your own en-suite shower room with a quadrant shower cubicle, basin and WC.

The other two twin bedrooms are also well-appointed to ensure that everyone has a good night’s sleep, plus there’s an additional family bathroom.

The on-site facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool, a restaurant and a bar, as well as a children’s adventure playground ensuring there is something for everyone.

A short walk will take you to Borth Beach on the fantastic Ceredigion Heritage Coast, overlooking Cardigan Bay.

The coast is well-known for its watersports and wildlife with the Dyfi National Nature Reserve only a short drive away.

Enjoy the splendid coastal walks and if you’re lucky you may even spot a seal or two.

The university town of Aberystwyth is a short drive away where you can explore the castle ruins or enjoy a meal in one of the many and varied restaurants.

The mountains of Snowdonia are also within driving distance so why not take a day to explore the stunning mountain scenery on offer?

Whether you are seeking a seaside break or a relaxing break away, this luxury lodge has it all.

From 1st April 2024, if guests require a pass for the main swimming pool or evening entertainment [shows, ect] they must book in advance for club passes. Adults and children prices are the same. The guests will receive an information letter two weeks in advance of the start of the booking to arrange this through the owner.
