“Shower outlet was blocked and smelly plus both toilet seats were very loose.”

I reported the problem on the Saturday had to re-report on the Monday because nobody attended. Someone turned up on Tuesday to fix them, they only attempted to fix the shower and NOT the toilet seats. They were fixed the next day by owner who was quite annoyed that the other guy hadn't done them.Shower tray was still blocked on leaving so reported again. Even with these problems we still had a good time and enjoyed our stay.
