    “We stayed at the Leafy Hollow over new year break and it was such a lovely surprise on arrival!”

    The pictures do not do this place justice, especially during the festive time! We arrived just after 3pm to twinkling lights around the lodge and full lit Christmas tree inside with other lovely decorations, it really did feel festive! The lights and heating were on and it was such a cosy vibe. Two hampers on arrival were a lovely surprise, one with new year decorations, goodies and Prosecco and one for the dog ft blankets, ball and goodies, lovely idea! The lodge was spacious, fully equipped ...

The lodge was spacious, fully equipped and immaculately clean. Walking around the site was quiet and peaceful during our stay which was perfect for us. Squirrel food was also left and a huge hit with the children. Ideally located, short drive into Louth and some lovely places to eat there. Thankyou for an amazing stay. We will definitely book this lodge again! 5star!.

Nestled in the Lincolnshire Wolds on the outskirts of the charming town of Louth is 41 Kenwick Woods.

This wonderful, dog-friendly lodge benefits from off-road parking for three cars, a tranquil setting in an AONB and the woods and a homely interior welcoming six guests and their beloved canine companion.

After exploring the surrounding area, cross the threshold to unwind in the open-plan living space on the plush sofa in front of the Smart TV while the designated chef of the group gets acquainted with the fully-equipped kitchen.

Tuck in together at the dining table for stepping outside to enjoy evening drinks on the wrap-around decking while taking in the tranquil surroundings of Kenwick Woods.

When the sky darkens, head inside to wash off the day’s adventures in the sleek shower room before choosing from three well-appointed bedrooms where you can get some much needed rest ahead of another fun-filled day in Lincolnshire; there is a king-size with en-suite shower room, double and a twin, as well as the option to curl up on the sofa, with a cozy log burner to keep warm.

The beautiful historic market town of Louth is the capital of the Lincolnshire Wolds. The town offers Georgian streets with Grade II listed buildings, St James Church, a theatre, art deco cinema, museum, golf course, modern leisure centre complex, excellent shopping, including weekly market days and a vast assortment of eateries catering for all tastes. Nearby is Cadwell Park, which plays host to car, bike and kart racing. The Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty features gentle rolling hills, quaint villages and superb cycling and walking routes. Just a short drive takes you to the coastal resorts of Cleethorpes, Mablethorpe and Sutton-on-Sea, plus Theddlethorpe Nature Reserve has miles of golden sandy beaches and amazing birdlife.
