A 15 mins drive away takes you to the Georgian market town of Louth with excellent shopping, including weekly market days and a vast assortment of eateries catering for all tastes, as well as Horncastle which is particularly famous for its selection of antique shops.
Travel to the coast to see the seal colony at Donna Nook or visit the seaside resorts of Skegness or Mablethorpe for a great day out.
Further afield is the cathedral city of Lincoln with its castle and the Magna Carta Centre.
