Within the open-plan living space head straight to the welcoming seating area, where an arrangement of sofas and beanbags offer enough room for the whole group to crash out, put a film on the TV and have a movie night.

Head into the kitchen space to cook up some easy treats and classic dishes with a range of great appliances assisting you, before serving up on the dining table for some traditional quality time; go over the events of the day and plan the next days ahead while everyone's together.

Find relaxation in the family bathroom which hosts bathtub for a sumptuous soak, while the master king size bedroom benefits from its very own en-suite shower room, so you can hop out of bed and into a refreshing shower straight away.

Another double bedroom offers a walk-in closet, and a twin room is excellently arranged with storage too, all offering pleasant sleeping spots.

Rest on the decking on a summer afternoon with a cold drink, toast to your holiday before heading to the on-site Waters Edge Restaurant for a night off from cooking for everyone.

The town of Carnforth is a just over 2-miles away and can offer a host of amenities, including shops, pubs and restaurants, browse the lovely Carnforth Bookshop which is home to over 100,000 secondhand and antiquarian books, or head to Leighton Hall which is home to the furniture-making Gillow family to tour the beautiful house and grounds.
