“The property was as described and we had a wonderful stay.”

There was however a few minor issues but they didn’t really affect us as a family. There was lots of dusty cobwebs, a broken shaving light in the en suite and a build up of blackish scum in the shower on the tiles. There was no welcome pack which we are normally used to (luckily we have been to the park before), just a WiFi password on a bit of paper on the mantle piece which next to it was a half chewed dog treat which I’m guessing the cleaner mistaken as a stone. The decking was extremely slippery and although there were signs for this it was dangerously slippery from what look like a build up on it. However the location was perfect, very quiet and close to nature walk and fishing lake which was amazing. The beds were super comfy and it was so helpful having a dishwasher and a washing machine. The lodge was bigger than we expected from the photos which was a bonus! We had a brilliant holiday and we would definitely stay again.

The rear of the lodge is where you can find the three bedrooms, including a king-size double with en-suite shower room, and two twins which accommodate well for children.

Each of the bedrooms have been well-furnished to provide ample storage for your personal belongings, while there is also a family bathroom to serve the twin rooms.
