“The holiday cottage was absolutely lovely.”

From the first moment of walking in, being welcomed with flowers and a note. The cottage was super clean and tidy with everything needed at hand. Would definitely come again.

Arrive at this luxury holiday home with your family or friends and fully relax within the bright and spacious, open-plan living area among the quality fixtures and furnishings.

Slide open the bi-folding doors from either the dining area or sitting area on a warm day and allow a gentle breeze through the interior or step out to enjoy more of the wonderful sea views from the decking as you sip a refreshing drink of your choice.

You can use the wonderfully equipped kitchen to rustle up a storm for your loved ones and get together around the dining table to reminisce over times gone by.

Later, unwind into your evening on the sofa and watch some of your much-loved TV shows.

Full WiFi provided in Lodge.

At the end of a tiresome day, choose to catch your rest in the master bedroom, which has a king-size double bed, another set of bi-folding doors to the balcony and its very own en-suite bathroom.

Enjoy an indulgent evening in the deep-soaking bathtub or a refreshing shower each morning before heading out to explore the local attractions.

The twin bedroom is served by a separate shower room, meaning there's no need to queue to use the facilities.

Long summer evenings can be spent out on the decked balcony, where you can gaze out beyond the horizon as you tuck into an alfresco-style meal and plan what you would like to do for the rest of your stay.

You have plenty of on-site facilities to make the most of, meaning you don't even have to leave the holiday park if you fancy a chilled day in.

Choose between the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, perfect for an invigorating swim, a quick dip or some impromptu sun bathing.

Enjoy the evening entertainment and grab a tasty bite to eat at the restaurant, followed by a few drinks while you watch the sun go down.

If you can tear yourself away from this wonderful holiday home, remember to bring your camera along with you and snap up some stunning pictures of the harbour in Brixham, a variety of wildlife and landscape scenery along the Devon coastal path, and of the family at one of many beaches in the area.

Visit the Country Park and Nature Reserve of Berry Head just next door and take day trips to Splashdown Water Park, Paignton Zoo, Powderham Castle and Babbacombe Model Village, to name but a few attractions within easy reach.

There is a plethora of walking and cycling trails to explore, each one bringing you back to B26, a charming retreat for you and your loved ones.

About the location

BRIXHAM

Dartmouth 5 miles; Paignton 6 miles; Torquay 8 miles.

Brixham is a working fishing harbour located on the southern side of Torbay, the area known as The English Riviera, famed for its sunny mild climate all year round. The focal point of the harbour is a life size replica of The Golden Hind, Sir Francis Drake’s ship. The prettiest part of Brixham has small cottages in hilly narrow winding lanes leading to the harbour where all the activity is centred. Home to Britain’s largest fishing fleet which regularly lands their catch in the harbour, Brixham fish market sells to major restaurants in the UK. Brixham is the ideal destination for a traditional holiday with many family attractions around Torbay including two Blue Flag beaches, Paignton Zoo and many regattas and maritime events throughout the year. There are a host of safe cycle trails in the area, the South West Coastal Path and some of the best golf courses in the region. A good mix of relaxation or action, to suit all ages, where you are never far from the sea.

The complex is currently undergoing some extensive refurbishment, it is due to be finished by early May, the facilities won't be available until the work is complete.
