The property

Camelford 4.7 miles.

Perfectly located for touring Cornwall, Lilyvale is a homely, detached holiday home set alongside the upper reaches of the River Inny, in a picturesque valley on the Inny Vale Holiday Village near Camelford.

The front door of the property opens into a porch with a slate floor, which in turn leads into an open-plan living area offering comfortable sitting and dining areas, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen.

There are two well-furnished bedrooms, a double and a twin, both serviced by a sleek family bathroom.

While outside there is a south-facing patio with a brick-built barbecue.

This wonderful space catches the sun all day and is the perfect spot for alfresco dining, while just 100 yards away is a tennis court, free to residents.

Lilyvale is set in the quaint village of Davidstow and lies, conveniently, a short drive from Camelford which houses local stores to help ease your self-catered stay and pubs including The Knights of The Round Table and Masons Arms which both serve delicious food, perfect for the nights when you don’t fancy cooking!

Head over to Boscastle, a charming fishing port, for a full day out, explore the Site of Bottreaux Castle before strolling along the harbour where you can admire breath-taking views out to sea; there is also the Museum of Witchcraft and Magic for guests looking for something unique.

Alternatively spend sunny days in the town of Tintagel and explore the historic links to King Arthur that are laced throughout by visiting Tintagel Castle, the supposed birthplace of King Arthur, The Great Hall and Merlin’s Cave.

Just below the cave you can find Tintagel Haven, a true hidden gem where you can marvel at unbeatable views across the azure, or amble through the cliff top to just breathe in the sea air.

Delight in the wonders of Cornwall with Lilyvale as your base.
