The property

Settled into the lovely Par Sands Holiday Park, in the town of Par, Eden Way 45 is a wonderful coastal caravan with on-site facilities and a range of amenities and attractions within easy reach, making it an ideal hideaway for a family looking to explore Cornwall.

Be welcomed into this property by a spacious open-plan living area, where double glass doors allow in seas of lights and, in the warmer months, access to a lovely decking area, ideal for morning coffee in the sunshine.

Cook up a storm in the kitchen, enjoying your meal at the dining table, before getting cosy in the sitting area beside the glow of the electric fire stove, and enjoy a film night.

When sleep calls, freshen up in the shower room before settling down for the night in either a double bedroom with en-suite basin and WC, or two twins.

The Par Sands Holiday Park offers a selection of on-site facilities to keep you entertained, including a swimming pool, tennis court, café and more, or the wonderful dog friendly Par Sands beach is within walking distance, a great spot for sunbathing or paddling amongst the waves.

Par has a selection of tasty eateries and pubs for guests to enjoy, Trees Mill River Walk, and a little further from the property you can enjoy a stroll along the River Fowley and the local coast, visit Fowley Aquarium, or travel to coastal path to visit the amazing Eden Project.

Historical sites include Wheal Martyn Clay Works, Treffy Viaduct, the National Trust’s Lanhydrock and there are many more fantastic beaches and scenic walks for you to enjoy.

Fowey 4 miles; Charlestown 4 miles; St. Austell 5 miles.

Par village is located on the South Cornwall coast offering a sandy family and dog-friendly beach (dogs allowed all year round) on St. Austell Bay. The village is only 2.5 miles away from the internationally renowned Eden Project, which can be reached on foot through the leafy green Luxulyan Valley. Between Par and the picturesque harbour of Fowey, is the Gribbin Peninsula, which has magnificent views of the surrounding coastline and makes for an excellent walk. Close to Par are many places connected to the author Daphne du Maurier, including the small cove at Polkerris which boasts the Rashleigh Arms and which takes its name from a local landowner whose house was frequented by the author. There are many attractions in the area including the China Clay Country Park, Charlestown Shipwreck Museum and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. A fabulous location to explore the rich heritage and magnificent coastline of South Cornwall.
