    “The only problem we found was the shower was difficult to get in and out of, also being a bit older we found it was awkward for us to get in and out of the hot tub it might be a good idea to have a bar to assist.”

The property

This three bedroom detached pine lodge lies near the rural delights of Constantine, surrounded by woods and countryside, with the addition of a hot tub situated to the front of the cottage.

Equally as perfect for couples, friends, or families, this is a peaceful location to escape to, a property oozing with comfort and character, which you can wake up and appreciate every day that goes by.

Enter inside where you will be greeted by an open-plan living area, a warm and cosy place to unwind, with two softly finished sofas located before a feature fireplace.

Just opposite, discover the modern kitchen/dining area for six people, where windows invite natural light in, and you can sit back amidst the rural scenery.

Follow the sense of charm round to the bedrooms, two twins are neatly styled, centred by a bedside table with low lighting to give the room a soothing glow.

For something different, the double bedroom is a relaxing place to settle down, accessorised with lovely cushions, and storage space which charmingly rests above the bed.

All of this tied together by a delightful shower room.

The local village of Constantine is located 1.5 miles away with such amenities as the local Spar shop, Constantine store being famed for its extensive range of wines and spirits and the Queens Arms pub where you can enjoy great pub food and takeaways.

The Potager garden and cafe is within walking distance where you can enjoy lunch or refreshments.

For nature lovers and those who enjoy boats, the misty reaches of the picturesque Helford river meander upstream as well as Port Navas village is just over one mile through scenic country lanes where dining is available in the yacht club restaurant.

Located just 5 miles from the popular seaside town of Falmouth approximately 10 minutes by car, where you will be spoiled for choice by the numerous sea side restaurants, pubs, beaches and shops on offer.

Penryn 2 miles; Mabe 3 miles; Truro 11 miles.

Falmouth, with its magnificent natural harbour (the third largest in the world), winding streets and beaches, will keep you occupied for hours. The town's old harbour-side pubs, excellent shopping, art gallery and stunning National Maritime Museum simply complete the picture. Pendennis Castle, built by Henry VIII, is Falmouth's most popular attraction, sited on its own peninsula with superb panoramic sea views. Across from Falmouth harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes). For nature lovers there is the Swanpool Nature Reserve, a lagoon and site of special scientific interest teeming with a variety of wildlife. There is also a golf course. Falmouth offers such a rich variety of landscape and attractions for people of all ages, it is sure to tempt you back time and again.
