The property

A pretty, romantic, snug wooden chalet in the most peaceful setting overlooking an orchard of fruit trees laden with apples, just the place to relax and recharge your batteries!

However, if you do want to get out and about during your stay the good news is that there's a cycle route close by. The sitting room is roomy and calm with comfortable sofas set around a cheerful flame effect fire, TV/DVD and the dining area has a round wooden dining table with seating for four people. The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment, freezer, microwave. There is a washing machine in the utility area. There are two good-size bedrooms, one double and one twin. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash hand basin, loo and heated towel rail. On warm days, you can open the french doors and eat alfresco on the wooden veranda, overlooking the peaceful orchard. There’s plenty of room for children to play and let off steam. There is off-road parking. Y Berllan or The Orchard, 'Mr and Mrs Evans certainly know how to offer a holiday that will always be remembered with great affection' is one guest comment. You will be welcomed on arrival with freshly baked bread or cakes and if the hens are laying there will be fresh eggs to buy; the only downside is, you won't want to eat a supermarket egg again!! Y Berllan is part of a working farm; the property is set away from the farm on its own and has its own drive.A delightful chalet - after a break here you will return home feeling refreshed and relaxed.
